At Aspire to Dream Productions, we believe every love story deserves to be beautifully captured. Our Engagement and Wedding packages are thoughtfully designed to document your special moments, whether it’s the excitement of your engagement or the joy-filled celebration of your wedding day.


Our Engagement Package provides a creative and relaxed session to showcase your love before the big day, with a focus on making memories that last a lifetime. Our Intimate Wedding Package is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings, covering key moments with professional photos and videos. For couples who want the full experience, our Full Day Wedding Package offers complete coverage from getting ready to the reception, ensuring that no moment is missed.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. IS THERE A retainer REQUIRED?

A non-refundable retainer of  50% of the total package price  is required to secure your booking date. The retainer reserves your spot on our calendar and allows us to begin the planning and preparation process for your session or event.


The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled shoot, wedding, or event. Please note that all payments made to Aspire to Dream Productions are non-refundable, and bookings are not considered confirmed until the retainer has been received.


2. How do I book a session?

Booking is simple! Contact us through our website, social media, email, or phone. Once we discuss your vision and confirm availability, a signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and may require a session to be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability and approval by Aspire to Dream Productions.


All retainers and payments are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, such as illness, family emergencies, or severe weather, we may allow your retainer to be applied toward a new session date. Rescheduling is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.


If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately to discuss rescheduling options rather than attending your session while sick.


Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced accordingly, and the scheduled ending time will remain unchanged. If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, Aspire to Dream Productions reserves the right to consider the session a no-show.


No-shows and failure to communicate prior to the session will result in forfeiture of the booking. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling opportunities will be provided.


Our goal is to provide every client with the best possible experience while maintaining a fair and professional scheduling process. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.


4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and other approved payment methods. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

5. IF I WANT TO BOOK A STUDIO PHOTO SHOOT or Video, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Absolutely! We offer studio photo shoots for clients who want a controlled environment to capture their vision. If you prefer a specific studio, you are responsible for booking the space. Once booked, please provide the photographer/videographer with the studio details.


However, please note that if you choose to book ShotbyKennWalker's studio, the studio fee will be added to your total session cost. Studio bookings must be made at the time of booking with us as your photographer.

6. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons such as prom, graduation, weddings, and holidays. Popular dates can fill up quickly.

7. How long does it take to receive my photos?

Typical turnaround times range from 1-3 weeks depending on the type of session and current workload. Weddings, events, and larger projects may require additional time.

8. Do you provide raw (unedited) photos?

No. Raw images are not delivered. All final images are professionally edited to reflect the quality and artistic style of Aspire to Dream Productions.

9. What if I do not want my photos used for marketing or promotional purposes?

By booking with Aspire to Dream Productions, clients acknowledge and agree that all photographs and videos created during the session may be used by Aspire to Dream Productions for promotional, marketing, advertising, portfolio, website, social media, and other business-related purposes.


If you have specific privacy concerns, please discuss them with us prior to booking. Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing before the session takes place.

10. Do I own my photos?

Clients receive personal usage rights to their final delivered images. Aspire to Dream Productions retains the copyright and ownership of all images and video content unless otherwise specified in writing.
