At Aspire to Dream Productions, we believe every love story deserves to be beautifully captured. Our Engagement and Wedding packages are thoughtfully designed to document your special moments, whether it’s the excitement of your engagement or the joy-filled celebration of your wedding day.

Our Engagement Package provides a creative and relaxed session to showcase your love before the big day, with a focus on making memories that last a lifetime. Our Intimate Wedding Package is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings, covering key moments with professional photos and videos. For couples who want the full experience, our Full Day Wedding Package offers complete coverage from getting ready to the reception, ensuring that no moment is missed.

1. IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 50% of the total package price. This helps us reserve your date and begin the planning process. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or before the wedding/event.

2. Do you travel?

Yes, we do travel! While we are located in Massachusetts, but we’re happy to consider other states and cities for your session or event. Please note, there is a travel fee for locations outside of our service area to cover transportation costs. We’re happy to discuss the details and ensure we can make your vision a reality, no matter where you are!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, your deposit will be transferred to a new date that we mutually agree upon. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

If you are feeling unwell, we require that you reschedule your session rather than attending while sick. If you do not reschedule within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to book a new session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and you’ll need to contact our assistant to reschedule. Please note, no call/no show situations will result in no service and no refund.

We want to ensure that everyone remains healthy and that your experience with us is smooth. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we offer digital files with all of our packages. You’ll receive high-resolution images in a private online gallery, allowing you to download and share your photos easily.

In addition, we provide high-quality prints and custom albums for those who wish to preserve and display their memories in a physical form. Please note that physical prints and albums are available for an additional fee. We can assist you in selecting the perfect options to suit your style and needs.

5. IF I WANT TO BOOK A STUDIO PHOTO SHOOT or Video, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Absolutely! We offer studio photo shoots for clients who want a controlled environment to capture their vision. If you prefer a specific studio, you are responsible for booking the space. Once booked, please provide the photographer/videographer with the studio details.

However, please note that if you choose to book Chucky Crespo's studio, the studio fee will be added to your total session cost. Studio bookings must be made at the time of booking with us as your photographer.

6. DO I HAVE TO SIGN THE ATD PRODUCTIONS' CONTRACT?

Yes, we require all clients to sign the ATD Productions contract before the session. This ensures that both parties are clear on the details, expectations, and terms of service, including payment, cancellations, and other important information.

We’ll provide the contract for review, and we’re happy to go over it with you if you have any questions. Once signed, we can proceed with booking your session!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, absolutely! We’d love to meet with you before the session to discuss your vision, preferences, and any details you’d like to include in your shoot. Meeting beforehand ensures we’re aligned and ready to create the best experience for you.

Feel free to reach out to schedule a time to meet, whether it’s in person or virtually. We’re here to make sure everything goes smoothly!

8. How long till I receive the final photos or Video?

Typically, you can expect to receive your final photos or video within 2-3 weeks after the session. We take great care in editing and perfecting your images to ensure they’re of the highest quality.

If you need your photos or video sooner, let us know, and we can discuss rush options for an additional fee. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know when to expect your final gallery!
