FAQ
Is there a deposit required?
Yes!
There is a 50% nonrefundable deposit required when you book. No exceptions.
If I want to book a studio photo shoot, is that possible?
Yes we can! We recommend working at Chucky Crespo's Photography Studio or Nixon's Studio Rental.
Studio rental prices will be added to the price if you would like to book the space and how long you would like to use it.
Do I have to sign the ATD Productions' Contract?
Yes, everyone must sign the contract in order to successfully book with us. Models will have to sign a model release form.
Do you do destination shoots?
Yes! The pricing will be different due to traveling fees and more. If you would like to book a destination shoot, contact team before booking.
What kind of gear do you use?
Our photographer uses Canon DSLR. For videography, we use Sony FX6. Along with a host of professional lighting.
What's your policies?
*If you are not feeling well, please reschedule 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
*If you decide to cancel, your deposit will not be entitled back to you.
*If you are more 15 minutes late, your project will be canceled. You will have to contact assistant to reschedule. No call, no shows result in no service and or money back.
*Photographer will take pictures or record video but this does not mean you are entitled to all footage. If you want pictures that the photographer has, each additional picture is $5 to $10 each.
*When posting your completed photos or video, we're asking that you tag Aspire To Dream Production's social media provided.
*We ask that you do not crop, re-edit or alter the work that was provided to you. Please do not cut, crop or alter ATD Productions' logo.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aspire to Dream Productions! By accessing or using our photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ATD Productions provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait sessions, event coverage, and commercial photography. The specific details of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking: To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the scheduled photography session or event.
3.2 Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. ATD Productions reserves the right to charge additional fees for cancellations made within a specified timeframe before the scheduled session or event.
3.3 Payment: We accept payment through cash, cashapp, zelle and venmo. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.
4. Copyright and Usage
4.1 Ownership: ATD Productions retains the copyright to all photographs taken during sessions or events.
4.2 Usage Rights: Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the photographs. Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately and may incur additional fees.
4.3 Model Release: Clients grant ATD Productions the right to use photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If clients wish to opt-out of this provision, they must notify ATD Productions in writing.
5. Client Cooperation
Clients agree to cooperate with the photographer to achieve the best possible results. This includes but is not limited to providing a list of desired shots, attending scheduled sessions on time, and following any guidance provided by the photographer.
6. Delivery of Photos
Photographs will be delivered to clients in a digital format, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. ATD Productions will make reasonable efforts to deliver the photos within the agreed-upon timeframe.
7. Liability
While ATD Productions takes every precaution to prevent loss or damage to equipment, photographs, or other assets, clients agree that ATD Productions is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jurisdiction Springfield, Massachusetts .
9. Changes to Terms
ATD Productions reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.
